The water leak protection system kit with Tuya Smart support consists of the autonomous wireless flood sensor ATIS-700DW-T and the electric ball valve for gas and water ATIS-TC34. It is compatible with manual water and gas shut-off valves with a G-shaped handle. It works with the Tuya Smart mobile app for Android and iOS and has a built-in Wi-Fi module. Working Principle
The sensor is always in sleep mode, consuming minimal energy from two batteries, while checking the leak sensors. The Wi-Fi module is also not powered during this time. When the flood sensor is triggered, the device connects to the Wi-Fi module, turns on the light indicator, and sends a signal to the Tuya Smart cloud. Also, if the battery charge level falls below a certain threshold, the sensor sends a signal not only about the flood but also about the low battery charge.
If water leakage is detected, the ATIS-700DW-T can control the ATIS-TC34 electric valve, which will shut off the water. To do this, you will need to create a scenario in the mobile app: just a few clicks, and the house will be safe.
