The self-installation IP video surveillance kit ZKTeco KIT-8508NER-8P/8-BL-852O38S includes: 1 IP video recorder, 8 outdoor cylindrical IP cameras with a resolution of 2MP.

The surveillance system can be controlled via PC/laptop or a smartphone application (iOS|Android).

Hard drive is not included in the package. We recommend using a 3.5" Sata Seagate / Western Digital HDD.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The video surveillance kit is designed to establish an effective security monitoring system both indoors (house, apartment, office, etc.) and outdoors.

The video from the cameras is transmitted to the video recorder through a cable with a resolution of 2MP. The system allows viewing video footage from all 8 cameras and, if a HDD is present, recording everything happening in the protected area.

Video recording can be done continuously, on a schedule, or based on motion detection. The archive of recorded events can be stored for a month or more, depending on the recording settings.

The cameras are equipped with IR illumination, allowing for surveillance even in complete darkness. The camera housing is weatherproof and can withstand temperatures as low as -30°C. They are designed for installation outdoors or in unheated premises.

The video image from the surveillance system can be viewed using a monitor with VGA/HDMI input. Control is carried out with a USB mouse.

The RJ45 (LAN) interface allows for connection to the video recorder via a local network and/or the Internet. Online viewing of camera feeds and video archives is available from both personal computers and mobile devices (Android | iOS).

Access to the surveillance system settings can be restricted using a password. The video recorder menu interface is intuitive, and the setup process takes no more than 15 minutes, even for inexperienced users.
